Announcements
The Board recognized that a quorum existed, but there was an insufficient number of
members present to take action on any variance case, which requires a four-fifths
vote to pass. A motion was made by Hatley, seconded by Daquioag, to postpone
the public hearing for both items on the agenda to November 12, 2018. The motion
carried by a unanimous vote.
