Approval of Agenda
An update on the Blue Hill text amendments was added to the agenda under
Reports at the end of the meeting and a courtesy review of the Chapel Hill High
School building Elevations was added to the end of the agenda.
This matter was approved as amended
Announcements
Dixon Pitt received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Commission for his
service as Chair for the last 2 terms, stepping down from the Commission. Staff
Liaison Kay Pearlstein announced her retirement from the Town and therefore
her last meeting. Michael Sudol was introduced as the new liaison.

The staff was directed to make the minutes reflect the Summary of CDC
Action for the Blue Hill Text Amendments.

4. Southern Orange County Human Services, Alternate Buffer [18-0554]
The Commission approved a mixed, evergreen hedge rather than a fence
for the Alternative Buffer.

5. Signature Health Care Building Elevations/Lighting [18-0555]
A motion was made by Davis, seconded by Dancy, that the Alternative Buffer
be approved. The motion carried by consensus.
Aye: 6 - Chair Pitt, Vice-Chair Berndt, Dancy, Davis, Mueller, and Van
de Velde
The applicant was asked to return with the Building Elevations for the
porte cochere and storage sheds.
A motion was made by Davis, seconded by Dancy, that this Lighting Plan be
approved. The motion carried by consensus.

Staff provided an update on the Blue HIll Text Amendments. The
Commission wanted to add: connecting criteria, context with surroundings,
and cohesion between developments.
