Discussion of LUMO Text Amendment Attachments: August 1, 2018 Minutes The Committee discussed possible updates to the Land Use Management Ordinance and Design Guidelines. The Committee's next steps will be to: o Research how other municipalities regulate demolition by neglect o Consult with experts on overlay authority o Continue researching various aspects of the changes discussed o Committee will provide an update at an upcoming meeting Adjournment The meeting adjourned at approximately 4:30pm.
