McCullough moved to approve the agenda with this change, seconded by Webber. The motion passed unanimously. Announcements Petitions Approval of Minutes 1. Planning Commission Action Minutes for March 19, 2019 [19-0289] A motion was made by McCullough, seconded by Webber, that the March Page 1 of 3 Planning Commission Action Minutes April 2, 2019 19th Action Minutes be approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. New Business 3. Consider Adopting Greene Tract Resolution [19-0290] A motion was made by Roberts, seconded by Bench, that the Town hold another meeting to receive neighborhood feedback. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. A motion was made by Chair Ress, seconded by Webber, to excuse Roberts. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Due to a lack of quorum, no further actions could be taken at this point in the meeting. The item will return at the April 16th meeting. Old Business 2. Rogers Road Zoning Ordinance [19-0291] The Commission heard the presentation and received public comment. No action could be taken on the item due to a lack of quorum. The item will return at the April 16th meeting. New Business 4. Discussion of SIte Plan Information Slide [19-0292] This item was not considered and will be continued at a future meeting, date to be determined.
