Announcements Petitions Approval of Minutes 1. Planning Commission Action Minutes for January 7, 2020 [20-0101] A motion was made by Bench, seconded by Vice-Chair Rivers, that the minutes be approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Old Business New Business 2. Continuing discussion of Planning Commission retreat items [20-0102] The Planning Commission members continued discussion of items from the January 25th retreat. The Commission also discussed board priorities, identifying a climate change priority and a community engagement priority. Chair Rees and Vice-Chair Rivers agreed to wordsmith the priority language and provide a draft by the end of the week.
