This time provides an opportunity for Advisory Board Champions
to relay updates from their latest meetings, as needed.

2. Planning Commission Action Minutes for January 5, 2021 [21-0026]
A motion was made by McCullough, seconded by Vice-Chair Baxter, that the
minutes be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 8 - Chair Michael Everhart, Vice-Chair James Baxter, Neal
Bench, Elizabeth Losos, Melissa McCullough, John Rees,
Louie Rivers, and Elizabeth Webber
New Business
3. Draft 1200 MLK Letter Discussion [21-0027]
A discussion was held about a draft letter to Council regarding the 1200 MLK
project. Bench crafted a short statement that was reviewed and edited by the
other members. A motion was made by McCullough, seconded by Bench, that
this statement be sent to Council at the January 27th meeting. The motion
carried by the following vote:

4. Draft Climate Action Plan Letter Discussion [21-0028]
A discussion was held regarding Nilsen's draft letter to Council on the Climate
Action Plan. The Commission members reviewed and provided feedback, and
verbally agreed that the letter was ready to be presented to Council at the
January 27th meeting. No vote was held.

Next Meeting - February 2, 2021
Prior to adjournment, Chair Everhart asked if anyone had questions or needed
additional discussion regarding the draft letter for the S Columbia St Annex
project. There was verbal agreement that the letter would be presented at the
January 27th Council meeting.
Chair Everhart asked that two items be added to the agenda for the next
meeting:
1. Discussion of conditioned self-storage

2. Discussion of the Planning Commission approach to LUMO
A motion was made by Baxter, seconded by McCullough, to adjourn the meeting.

observe this charge at any time, the Chair will ask the offending
person to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal
control. Should decorum fail to be restored, the Chair will recess the
meeting until a genuine commitment to this public charge is observed.
