Announcements 1. Introduction of new Staff Liaison [21-0107] The new staff liaison, Jake Lowman, was introduced. His first meeting as the new liaison was announced for March 2, 2021. 2. Updates from Advisory Board Champions [20-0118] Page 1 of 3 Planning Commission Action Minutes February 16, 2021 This time provides an opportunity for Advisory Board Champions to relay updates from their latest meetings, as needed. Rees shared that a meeting will be held next Tuesday to discuss the Road-to-Zero plan. McCullough shared that the Environmental Stewardship Advisory Board met and discussed the Climate Action and Response Plan, as well as the 1200 MLK project. Whitlow shared that the Housing Advisory Board met and discussed the Town's mobile home park strategy, priorities for the board, and their intent to submit a letter to Council regarding the 1200 MLK project. Petitions Approval of Minutes 3. Planning Commission Action Minutes for February 2, 2021 [21-0108] A motion was made by Rees, seconded by McCullough, that the minutes be approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 8 - Chair Michael Everhart, Vice-Chair James Baxter, Neal Bench, Elizabeth Losos, Melissa McCullough, John Rees, Elizabeth Webber, and Stephen Whitlow Old Business 4. Discussion of Planning Commission approach to LUMO rewrite [21-0082] A discussion was held regarding the upcoming Land Use Management Ordinance rewrite. Town Staff member Alisa Duffey Rogers was present to provide a short presentation and field questions. No action was taken on this item. Adjournment Next Meeting - March 2, 2021 Prior to adjournment, Vice-Chair Baxter provided a reminder that a presentation regarding Resource Conservation Districts will be made at the Town Council Work Session on Wednesday, February 17, 2021. Should decorum fail to be restored, the Chair will recess the meeting until a genuine commitment to this public charge is observed.
