Updates from Advisory Board Champions [21-0319] Page 1 of 3 Planning Commission Meeting Minutes April 20, 2021 This time provides an opportunity for Advisory Board Champions to relay updates from their latest meetings, as needed. Bench announced that there would be a public meeting on the traffic study impacting the area around the Aura development on May 3, 2021. Petitions Approval of Minutes 2. April 6, 2021 Planning Commission Draft Action Minutes [21-0320] A motion was made by Bench, seconded by Rees, to approve the April 6, 2021 Meeting Minutes. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Old Business New Business 3. Consider an Application for Site Plan Review Modification - 202 [21-0321] E. Rosemary Street/114 Henderson Street A motion was made by McCullough, seconded by Baxter, to approve the Site Plan Review Modification at 114 Henderson Street/ 202 E. Rosemary Street. The motion carried with a unanimous vote. Aye: 7 - Chair Michael Everhart, Vice-Chair James Baxter, Neal Bench, Elizabeth Losos, Melissa McCullough, John Rees, and Elizabeth Webber Abstain: 1 - Louie Rivers 4. Aura Conditional Zoning Application [21-0318] A motion was made by Bench, seconded by Losos, to continue the Aura development to the May 4, 2021 Planning Commission meeting. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 5. New Member Applications [21-0322] Commissioner McCullough left the meeting at 10:15pm. A motion was made by Bench, seconded by Rees, to make a recommendation to the Town Council for reappointment of Louie Rivers for the ESAB seat, Stephen Whitlow for the HAB seat, and appointment of Jonathan Mitchell to the Planning Commission. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.
