Rees updated the Commission on an upcoming Town Council worksession on September 29, 2021 regarding Vision Zero. Petitions Approval of Minutes 1. June 7, 2021 Meeting Minutes [21-0691] Page 1 of 3 Planning Commission Meeting Minutes September 21, 2021 A motion was made by Losos, seconded by Mitchell, to approve the September 7, 2021 meeting minutes. The motion passed by a unanimous vote. Aye: 7 - Chair Michael Everhart, Neal Bench, Elizabeth Losos, Jonathan Mitchell, John Rees, Louie Rivers, and Stephen Whitlow Old Business New Business 2. 721 Hillsborough Street Minor Subdivision Application [21-0692] A motion was made by Rees, seconded by Rivers, to approve the subdivision of the property. A motion was made by Rees, seconded by Rivers, that this Discussion Item be approved. The motion carried unanimously. Land Use Text Amendment - Public Parking Opportunities in [21-0693] Town Center: Considering Payment-in-Lieu Amendments, and changes to Town Code, and Other Policies. The Planning Commission discussed the goals of the proposed Payment-in-Lieu Parking text amendment. No action was proposed and the item will return to the October 19, 2021 Planning Commission meeting for recommendation.
