The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Announcements Commissioners Losos and Rees gave updates regarding the past week's CDC and TCAB meetings, respectively. Page 1 of 3 Planning Commission Meeting Minutes February 1, 2022 Petitions Approval of Minutes January 18, 2022 Action Minutes [22-0071] A motion was made by Rees, seconded by Mitchell, that this Minutes be approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Old Business New Business 1. Recommendation to Council: Parking Payment In Lieu [22-0069] A motion was made by Bench, seconded by Mitchell, that the Resolution of Consistency of the Parking Payment in Lieu item be recommended for denial. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. A motion was made by Bench, seconded by Vice-Chair Baxter, that Ordinance A of the Parking Payment in Lieu item be recommended for denial. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. A motion was made by Bench, seconded by Vice-Chair Baxter, that Ordinance B of the Parking Payment in Lieu item be recommended for denial. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. A motion was made by Vice-Chair Baxter, seconded by Bench, that Resolution B of the Parking Payment in Lieu item be recommended for denial. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 2. LUMO Re-Write Update from Town Staff [22-0070] Town staff provided updates regarding the past two weeks' activity in the LUMO Rewrite Project process.
