June 18, 2024 Meeting Minutes [24-0446] Erik Valera motioned, seconded by Stother Murray-Ndinga, to approve the June 18, 2024 Meeting Minutes. The motion passed 8-0. Erik Valera motioned, seconded by Jon Mitchell, to forward Planning Commission's comments on the Aquabella Major Subdivision to Town Council. The motion passed 8-0. Old Business New Business 2. Rewriting Our Rules - A LUMO Update [24-0447] 3. Discussion of LUMO/Complete Community Metrics 4. Planning Commission Elections Wes McMahon nominated Elizabeth Losos for Chair, seconded by Jon MItchell. Wes McMahon nominated Jon Mitchell for Vice-Chair, seconded by Strother Murray-Ndinga.
