Request a variance from Sec. 54-327 to allow the removal of 24 grand trees
(Ordinance prohibits the removal of trees having a 24-inch or greater D.B.H).
Request a special exception from Sec. 54-327 to allow the removal of 2 grand
trees.
Request a variance from Sec. 54 330 to allow a reduced impervious construction
setback from the bases of 22 grand trees.
Request a variance from Sec. 54-347 to allow a 15-foot landscape buffer
(Ordinance requires a 25-foot, type D).
