Call to Order Chairperson Rollo Saucier called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Roll Call Present: Craig Olson; Rollo Saucier; Joe Smith, Carl Try and Jason Smith Absent: Peggy Windisch Others Present: Dan Holden 3. Public Comments There were no Public Comments during this meeting. B. Consent Agenda 1. Minutes from the PPRC meeting on May 12, 2025 A motion was made by Craig Olson to approve the meeting minutes from the May 12, 2025 meeting. This motion was seconded by Joe Smith. By an affirmative voice vote of the members present, the motion passed. C. Old Business 1. Current/proposed park maintenance projects -Dustin Patterson informed the Committee that the village crew was getting the park ready for upcoming events. -Dustin Patterson noted that there will be upgrades to the Bike Trail as a posting for bids was recently announced and he also noted that they are continuing to look at and a bid notice will soon go out for upgrades to the CCFL fields and the drainage issue that has been a problem. 2. Dog Park Update -Rollo Saucier informed the group that a new chemical has been usage at the dog park for weeds. Seems to be working very well. 3. CCFL Football The updates and work to be done was noted earlier during Current/Proposed park maintenance projects. D. New Business 1. Parks Department Park Update 2. Community Park Memorial Tree -Dustin Patterson informed the Committee that a Memorial for the YNOT victims and families will be developed for Community Park. More information will be forthcoming as plans are developed. E. Meeting Dates 1. Public Properties & Recreation Commission Meeting @ Municipal Hall, on Monday, September 8, 2025 @ 6:00 p.m. F. Closed Session There was no need for Closed Session during this meeting. G. Closing 1. Adjournment A motion was made by Craig Olson to adjourn the meeting. This motion was seconded by Jason Smith.
