Announcement of closed session The Fire Board will convene into closed session pursuant to section 19.85(1)(c)(e), Wisconsin State Statutes, To consider employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation of the District’s part time and full time employees, over which the Fire Board exercises responsibility; deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public property, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. More specifically Service Agreements with other Municipalities. 5. Approval of minutes from the Fire Board Meeting on Thursday, August 29, 2019 6. Discussion and action on the proposed revision to the 2020 Operating Budget 7. Discussion and action on the 2020 Capital Budget 8. Thursday, October 3rd, 2019 at 6pm at Station #2 Annual Joint Meeting b. Thursday, October 24th, 2019 at 6pm at Station #1 in Delafield 15.
