The Village Board will convene into closed session to confer with legal counsel who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted with respect to litigation in which it is involved as authorized under §19.85(1)(g), Stats. Specifically, to be discussed in Waukesha County Circuit Court Case No. 19-CV-1203 Cripps v Village of Chenequa. The Board will adjourn in closed session.
