0 RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS C CHERRY HILLS VILLAGE ART COMMISSION Minutes of the Cherry Hills Village Art Commission City of Cherry Hills Village, Colorado Monday, February 26, 2018 at the Village Center CALL TO ORDER Chair Polumbus called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. ROLL CALL Chair Ann Polumbus, Elaine Asarch, Alison Lynch, David Schmidt, Kathie Finger and Councilor Katy Brown were present on silent roll call. Also present were Director of Finance Karen Proctor and City Clerk Laura Smith. Commissioner Gay Warren participated by conference call. Absent: Commissioner Doug Smooke. AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION None CONSENT AGENDA Commissioner Asarch moved, seconded by Commissioner Finger to approve the Consent Agenda. The motion passed unanimously. ITEMS REMOVED FROM CONSENT AGENDA None UNFINISHED BUSINESS Sculpture-on-Loan Program Kendall Peterson asked the Commission what criteria they would like her to use to identify additional artists for consideration for the sculpture-on-loan program. The Commission reviewed the four short-list artists discussed at the last meeting as well as new artists complied by Ms. Peterson. NEW BUSINESS None Cherry Hills Village Art Commission February 26, 2018 - 1 -  0 0 REPORTS Public Art Commission Chair Village Crier Commissioner Lynch agreed to interview local artist Susan Cooper for the April issue of the Village Crier. Next Meeting The Commission directed staff to conduct polls to find alternative dates for the March, April and May meetings. Members of the Public Art Commission None Council Representative None City Staff Financial Report Director Proctor reported that the only expense in 2018 was for the Wolford painting plaque.
