APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 06-12-2023 Meeting Terri McManus made a motion, to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. Mark Davis seconded. The motion passed. Performance Contract Public Comment Period Ayisha Buggs made a motion to establish a public comment period for the fiscal year 2024 performance contract beginning July 11, 2023 and ending August 10, 2023. Terri McManus seconded. The motion passed. B. Update on Capital Improvement Projects • Construction continues at 216 Great Bridge Boulevard, the future home of the Heron’s Cove Crisis Receiving Center. We are in the process of recruiting staff and hope to open in late Summer. • We anticipate the amended lease for 840 Greenbrier Circle will be approved at the City Council meeting on July 11, 2023. C. DEA Telemedicine Rules The DEA has postponed any decision-making regarding changes to the prescribing of con- trolled substances via telemedicine. They have instituted a temporary rule to retain all of the flexibilities put in place during the public health emergency until November 11, 2023. FINANCIAL REPORT The Board reviewed the financial report which contained data through May 2023.
