PRESENTATION – ID/DD MEDICAID WAIVER Fran Hasty, ID/DD Case Management Program Supervisor, shared information regarding the Medicaid Waiver, including eligibility criteria and the different services each waiver provides. COMMITTEE REPORT A. Administration and Finance Committee A quorum was not present to approve the fiscal year 2024 Performance Contract and Budget. Deferred to the October meeting. NEW BUSINESS A. Election of Chairperson A quorum was not present. Deferred to the October meeting. B. Selection of Nominating Committee Brian Cuffie, Mark Davis, and Justin Fernheimer will serve on the Nominating Committee. They will present a slate of officers to the full Board at the December meeting. REGULAR AGENDA A. Update on Capital Improvement Projects • 216 Great Bridge project continue with crews working periodically. Projected com- pletion is in November. • 840 Greenbrier Circle – We are awaiting the completed signatory agreement from the owner. It is still anticipated that Care Coordination Programs can relocate before the end of the year. B. General Assembly Preliminary Budget Review Ed Gonzalez shared the budget priorities of the Virginia Association of Community Services Boards. C. Free Resources on Suicide Prevention September is National Suicide Prevention Month. SMI Adviser offers on-demand courses and resources that address important topics in suicide prevention and crisis care and offer practical, evidence-based strategies. CIBH MINUTES 08-14-2023 PAGE 2 OF 3 FINANCIAL REPORT Lisa Vanlandingham reviewed the financial report which contains data through June 30, 2023. The figures will change as there are electronic funds transfers from insurance companies that have not yet posted.
