CIBH MINUTES 06-10-2024 PAGE 1 OF 2 CONSENT AGENDA A. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 05-13-2024 Meeting Robert Rabuse made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. Ayisha Biggs seconded. The motion passed. PUBLIC COMMENT There was no public comment. PRESENTATION – INFANT AND TODDLER CONNECTION OF CHESAPEAKE The Infant and Toddler Connection program provides services for children age birth to three years. Jaylene Trueblood, Care Coordination Program Director, described the criteria for admis- sion to the program and the services offered. She noted that 50% of children who enter the pro- gram do not require additional services after discharge. REGULAR AGENDA A. CHESAPEAKE CARES CRISIS CENTER The Crisis Receiving Center is fully operational. Since opening on June 7, we have admitted four individuals. B. PSYCHOSOCIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM The program is preparing to move to 840 Greenbrier Circle. We are waiting for the comple- tion of the licensure review and health department inspection. Once their move is complete, the Community Options Program will relocate to 1013 Great Bridge Boulevard. C. FISCAL YEAR 2025 PERFORMANCE CONTRACT The Performance Contract is the vehicle through which the State provides the City with funds to provide behavioral health and developmental services. The release of the fiscal year 2025 Performance Contract has been delayed by the Virginia Attorney General’s office. FINANCIAL REPORT Paul Marone reviewed the financial report which contains data through April 30, 2024.
