CONSENT AGENDA A. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 07-08-2024 Meeting a quorum was not present PUBLIC COMMENT None. CIBH MINUTES 08-12-2024 PAGE 1 OF 2 REGULAR AGENDA A. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS The relocation of the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program to 840 Greenbrier Circle is com- plete. The program resumed services on August 7. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. through August 30. Starting September 3, the program will be open until 3:30 p.m. dai- ly. The Community Options Program has moved to 1013 Great Bridge Boulevard. B. VACSB ADVOCACY MESSAGE It is expected the Virginia Association of Community Services Boards will release its talking points and guidance for the upcoming General Assembly session. Once received, we will share them with the Board and discuss how to be involved in advocating to preserve and en- hance behavioral health services in Chesapeake. David Westcott, Director of Legislative Af- fairs with the City of Chesapeake is available to assist and provide guidance on sharing the talking points with members of the Chesapeake delegation to the General Assembly. The an- nual Public Policy conference is October 2-4 in Roanoke. FINANCIAL REPORT Paul Marone reviewed the financial report which contains data through June 30, 2024.
