CIBH MINUTES 09-09-2024 PAGE 1 OF 2 REGULAR AGENDA A. VACSB CONFERENCE The Virginia Association of Community Services Board’s Public Policy Conference is Octo- ber 2-4 in Roanoke. B. FORENSIC AND HOSPITAL SERVICES We intend to hire a senior clinician to serve as a Court Coordinator. This position will work between both Recovery Court and the Behavioral Court Docket. FINANCIAL REPORT The City is still closing our their figures for the end of the fiscal year. The financials for July and August will be shared with the Board once available. PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS A. MOBILE CRISIS PILOT We recently launched a 10-week pilot for the Mobile Crisis program where a behavioral health professional rides along with law enforcement to mental health crisis calls. A total of 93% of the individual served were able to be stabilized without going to the hospital emer- gency department.
