• RATIFY MOTIONS from the October 24, 2022 Work Session
a. Ratify Motion to adopt Ordinance 215, Amendment to Borough Code Chapter 26
Planning Commission Section 26-2, reducing the number of Planning Commission
members appointed by Council from nine to seven members by amending the
first sentence of Section 26.2.
b. Ratify the Motion for Approval of the September 19, 2022, Work Session Meeting Minutes with
requested revision
c. Ratify the motion to approve Resolution 10-22-E establishing contribution CBIZ InR Plan by
Resolution No. 10-22-B and will match the eligible full-time employee’s contributions to the
Borough’s 401a and 457(b) plan, to a maximum of 3% of base salary

d. Ratify the motion to authorize Solicitor to draft an Ordinance to amend the Fire Services Tax.
e. Ratify the motion to authorize Solicitor to advertise for the Fire Tax millage increase and
to advertise for a public hearing.

• Introduce the Business Privilege Tax Ordinance, approval for Solicitor to publish notice and
schedule a hearing for Monday, December 5, 2022
• Introduce the Resolution for Act 57: A draft Resolution and application form which allows a a
tax collector to waive additional charges for real estate taxes upon application by a
taxpayer.
• Resolution to adopt office lease for 53 W Baltimore Pike
• Opening and reading of sealed winter service bids
