CITY OF CHESTER NOTICE The Council of the City of Chester will hold its Finance Committee Meeting on April 8, 2024, at 1:00pm in City Council Chambers, 1 Fourth Street, Chester, PA 19013, for the purpose to establish fee schedule rates setting nominal fees based upon program costs, using a market-based approach so that payments are consistent with efficiency, economy, and quality of care and sufficient enough so that services are available to the general population in the geographic area. .
