NOTICE OF DISPLAY AND PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE HOME-AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN (ARP) ALLOCATION PLAN FOR THE CITY OF CHESTER, PA Notice is hereby given that the City of Chester, Pennsylvania will hold an in-person public hearing on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 9:00 AM, prevailing time, in City Council Chambers, 1 Fourth Street, Chester, PA 19013 on the proposed HOME-ARP Allocation Plan. The purpose of this public hearing is to present the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan which shows the proposed use of HOME-ARP funds. The City of Chester was notified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that it is eligible to receive a HOME-ARP Grant in the amount of $1,318,782. The Plan will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on or before March 31, 2023. In order to obtain the views of residents, public agencies and other interested parties, the City of Chester will place the Plan on display for thirty (30) days beginning Monday, February 20, 2023 until Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at the following locations: the City’s website at www.chestercity.com, CEDA’s website www.ceda.cc, and the Office of the City Clerk, and CEDA, City Hall, 1 Fourth Street, Chester, PA from 9 AM until 3 PM Monday through Friday. The Plan will be submitted to City Council for approval at the regularly scheduled Council meeting on Wednesday, March 22, 2023.
