NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF CHESTNUT RIDGE VILLAGE BOARD WORKSHOP MEETING AGENDA AUGUST 11, 2021 8:00 pm For the Regularly Scheduled Village Board meeting of August 19, 2021 – 8:00p.m. at 277 Old Nyack Turnpike Chestnut Ridge, New York 10977 AGENDA: 1. Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Mayor’s report. 3. Approval of Minutes from previous Village Board Meeting on July 22, 2021. 4. Resolution No. 2021-65: to accept the immediate resignation of Stanley Waldbaum as a member of the Village Zoning Board of Appeals. 5. Resolution No. 2021-66: to accept the immediate resignation of Abraham Grunfeld as a member of the Village Architectural Review Board. 6. Resolution No. 2021-67: to remove former Treasurer Lise Chanin as an authorized signatory for the Village’s bank accounts including, but not limited to, accounts with Sterling National Bank, M&T Bank, and NYCLASS. 7. Resolution No. 2021-68: to approve and authorize the new Village Treasurer Alissa S. Landerer, and Deputy Mayor Paul Van Alstyne, as authorized signatories for the Village’s bank accounts including, but not limited to, accounts with Sterling National Bank, M&T Bank, and NYCLASS. 8. Resolution No. 2021-69: Approving Abstract of Audited Claims. 9. Discussion: with the Village Planners, Nelson Pope Voorhis, regarding the revised Village Comprehensive Plan and the anticipated schedule for its consideration moving forward.  10. Discussion: with Village Board of Trustees regarding Village’s Schedule of Fees. 11. Discussion: with Village Board of Trustees regarding amendment to the rules and procedures for the Zoning Board of Appeals with respect to publication, mailing, and posting of public hearing notices to ensure consistency with rules and procedures as previously established for the Village Planning Board. 12.
