Threefold Educational Foundation and School-Otto Specht School-Final Site Plan and Subdivision approval Public hearing Proposed new school building of approximately 36,526 gross square feet to serve a student population of up to 60 students, plus teachers and support staff. The proposed building will be an expansion of the already existing Green Meadow Waldorf School. There are 20 classrooms, plus office, assembly, mechanical and corridor as well as open areas within the building. Ohr Yosef— Continuation of Public Hearing Preliminary Subdivision & Preliminary Site Plan—The applicant is proposing a school of religious instruction for high school students that will replace the existing school and will operate as a secondary school for high school boys.
