The new residence will be a 1 story structure with a basement and attic. The first floor will include a kitchen-dinette, dining-living room, garage, master suite and a deck in the rear. The basement will have 4 bedrooms, a playroom, study and exercise room. The attic will include an additional 3 bedrooms. The second floor will have 4 bedrooms, a baby-room, and a laundry room. There is an existing pool in rear of the property. The unfinished basement will be used to store pool equipment.
