Ohr Yosef—Public Hearing revised Preliminary Site Plan and Subdivision approval and Final Site plan and Subdivision approval To build a school of religious instruction on 10.95 acres that will operate as a secondary school for approximately 150 high school boys ages 14-17 as well as 17 staff and administrators The proposal is for a two-story building to include a total floor area of 48,300 square feet. Fox Development – Continuation of Public hearing for Field change request to Final Site Plan approval The applicant is requesting a field change to the final site plan to address changes in the grading, exterior building elevations, landscaping and fencing, and the installation of louvers on the east side of the property.
