ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD MEETING AGENDA November 16, 2022 8:00 PM 1. 15 Cardinal Lane --Public Hearing An ARB application to consider the architectural design and materials for the proposed construction of an addition to the left side of the existing single -family home. The residence currently has 1,784 square feet, and an addition of 3,064 feet is being proposed for a total of 4,848 square feet. The house will include 2 stories and an unfinished basement as well as a kitchen, dining room, study, garage, and guest bedroom on the first floor. There will be 5 bedrooms on the second floor. Tax Map Designation: Section: 62.08 Block: 1 Lot: 7 Zoning District: R-25 2. 2 Eldorado Drive—Public Hearing An ARB application to consider the architectural design and materials for the proposed two-story addition on the left side of the residence as well as extending the front of the residence by 6 feet. Tax Map Designation: Section: 63.13 Block: 2 Lot: 26 Zoning District: R-35 3. 11 Blue Jay—Public Hearing An ARB application to consider the architectural design and materials for the proposed construction of the existing high ranch residence and replace it with a new two-story Gable structure that uses the depth of the narrow lot and the curvature of Blue Jay Street to create a more three- dimensional dwelling. There is a formal living and dining area with large windows at the front of the house, with the kitchen, family areas, and garages at the back of the residence.
