(Informal discussion) The applicant is seeking approval to construct a new Neighborhood Place of Worship currently on a lot with a 2-story dwelling that will be demolished. The principal use will be a place of worship with accessory facilities that include a library, social hall, and administrative office. A parking lot for 38 spaces is also part of the proposal.
