We would like to hold an executive session under M.G.L. Chapter 30A, section 21, (a) 4, to discuss the deployment of security personnel and devices, and the strategies with respect to these Items. Pursuant to Section 13 of the Chicopee City Charter, I have called a special meeting of the City Council to meet on Wednesday, November 13th at 6:00 pm in the Public Safety Complex at 110 Church Street, or via Zoom, to discuss the options. •This will be the only item on the agenda. We appreciate the City Council's consideration of the updated equipment and public safety programs, along with implementation strategies to keep our community and officers safe.
