Finance Committee Meeting Monday, December 7, 2015 @ 6:30 PM ITEM #1 Ordered that the sum of $398,685.00 be and hereby is appropriated to the following named account: DPW Highway Special Account for Purchase of Two Wheel Loaders Said amount is to be taken from available funds in the undesignated fund balance “Free Cash” account and ($373,000.00) of the ($398,685.00) is to be reimbursed from the City’s Chapter 90 allotment funds. ITEM #2 Ordered that the sum of $410,000.00 be and hereby is appropriated to the following named account: DPW Highway Special Account for Purchase of Two Dump Trucks Said amount is to be taken from available funds in the undesignated fund balance “Free Cash” account and ($388,000.00) of the ($410,000.00) is to be reimbursed from the City’s Chapter 90 allotment funds. ITEM #3 Ordered that the sum of $242,730.00 be and hereby is appropriated to the following named account: DPW Highway Special Account for the Purchase of a Street Sweeper Said amount is to be taken from available funds in the undesignated fund balance “Free Cash” account and is to be reimbursed from the City’s Chapter 90 Allotment Funds. ITEM #4 Ordered that the sum of $425,000.00 be and hereby is appropriated to the following named account: Community Development Special Account for Environmental Permitting of Westover Airpark South Said amount is to be taken from available funds in the undesignated fund balance “Free Cash” account.
