CHICOPEE CITY COUNCIL HUMAN RESOURCE C OMMITTEE DRAFT MEMBERS James Tillotson Gary Labrie Gerry Roy Timothy McLellan William Zaskey MINUTES March 24, 2014 The following are the minutes of a public hearing held Monday, March 24, 2014 at 6:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Fourth Floor, City Hall Annex, 274 Front Street, 4th floor, Chicopee, MA 01013 Present: Tillotson, Labrie, McLellan (arrived 6:17) Absent: Roy, Zaskey Also Present: Councilor Moreau, Councilor Lamontagne, Councilor Krampits, Councilor Zygarowski, Councilor Jerry Roy, Councilor Laflamme, Daniel Garvey (Associate City Solicitor) Meeting called to order at 6:15 PM ITEM #1 Mayoral appointment of Jason Reed as a member of the Ambulance Commission to serve in such office for the term expiring on the 11th of March, 2017. Mr. Reed was present at the meeting. He stated that he approached the Mayor for consideration to be appointed to a Board of Commission. He would like to give back to his community by serving the City. Motion made to approve. Committee vote 3 – 0 favorable. ITEM #2 Minutes – March 3, 2014 & March 10, 2014. Motion made to approve. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 6:19 PM. 1
