CHICOPEE CITY COUNCIL HUMAN RESOURCE C OMMITTEE APPROVED 8-24-2015 MEMBERS James Tillotson Gary Labrie Gerry Roy Timothy McLellan William Zaskey MINUTES March 31, 2015 The following are the minutes of a public hearing held Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at 6:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Fourth Floor, City Hall Annex, 274 Front Street, 4th floor, Chicopee, MA 01013 Present: Tillotson, Labrie, Zaskey, McLellan, Absent: Roy Also Present: Councilor Laflamme, Councilor Lamontagne, Daniel Garvey (Associate City Solicitor) Councilor Roy (At-Large), Councilor Brooks Meeting called to order at 6:15 PM In compliance with the Open Meeting Law the Chairman asked if anyone in the audience was recording the meeting. ITEM #1 Mayoral appointment of James Carabetta, as a member of the Sewer Commission to serve in such office for the term expiring on the 25th of February, 2019. Motion made by Councilor McLellan and second by Councilor Zaskey to approve. Committee vote 4 – 0 favorable. ITEM #2 Minutes – October 14, 2014, January 13, 2015, February 23, 2015. Motion made to approve all three sets of minutes. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 6:21 PM. 1
