Joint Finance and Human Resources Committees Meeting Monday, September 24, 2018 @ 7:00 PM ITEM #1 BE IT ORDERED THAT the City of Chicopee elects to engage in the process to change health insurance benefits under M.G.L. c. 32B, Section 21 through 23. Acceptance of these sections allows the Mayor greater flexibility when negotiating City health care benefit plans.
