Members Present Tillotson, Labrie, Roy, Pniak-Costello, Krampits Member Absent Roy Also Present Dan Garvey (Associate City Solicitor), Councilor Laflamme, Councilor López (zoom), Councilor Zygarowski, Mike Pease (Chief of Staff), John Beaulieu (Assistant DPW Superintendent), Councilor Pniak-Costello (arrived 6:13 PM) The meeting was called to order at 6:03 PM In compliance with the Open Meeting Law the Chairman asked if anyone in the audience was recording the meeting. Hearing none the meeting continued. Some of the audio was inaudible. ITEM #1 Mayoral appointment of Joshua Clark as a member of the Mobile Home Rent Control Board to serve in such office for the term expiring on the 1st of January 2025. Joshua Clark called in advance to say he would be out of town. Councilor Labrie motion to postpone to the call of the chair – Councilor Tillotson 2nd the motion – motion passed. Councilor Yes No Absent Abstained Out of Chair Tillotson x Labrie x Roy x 1  Pniak- x Costello Krampits x ITEM #2 Mayoral appointment of Lester Gagne as a member of the Mobile Home Rent Control Board to serve in such office for the term expiring on the 1st of January 2025. Councilor Laflamme stated that Lester Gagne is doing a great job and he would like to thank him for volunteering again. Councilor Labrie motion to approve – Councilor Tillotson 2nd the motion – motion passed. Danial Mashia was not present. Councilor Krampits motion to postpone to the call of the chair – Councilor Tillotson 2nd the motion – motion passed. Councilor Yes No Absent Abstained Out of Chair Tillotson x Labrie x Roy x Pniak- x Costello Krampits x ITEM #4 Mayoral appointment of Julia Sudol as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals to serve in such Office for the term expiring on the 1st of January 2026. Julia Sudol not present. 2 Councilor Krampits stated that we could contact her to let her know she has missed two Human Resource Committee meetings. Attorney Garvey stated he can certainly call her to have a definitive answer of why she is not coming.
