Zygarowski Frank Laflamme Timothy McLellan MINUTES October 13, 2015 The following are the minutes of a public hearing held Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at 6:30 PM in the City Council Chambers, Fourth Floor, City Hall Annex, 274 Front Street, Chicopee, MA 01013. Members Present: Tillotson, McLellan, Laflamme, Zygarowski Members Absent: Labrie Also Present: Dan Garvey (Asst. City Solicitor) The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM. In compliance with the open meeting laws the Chairman asked if anyone in the audience was recording the meeting. Motion made by Councilor Laflamme to take item #4 out of order. Motion passed. ITEM #1 Isolated Stop Signs Madison Street South side. At the intersection of Madison Street and Waite Avenue ISOLATED STOP SIGN Motion made by Councilor Laflamme and second by Councilor Tillotson to approve. Committee vote 4 – 0 favorable. ITEM #2 Parking Regulations Nonotuck Avenue Easterly direction for a distance of 100 feet PARKING PROHIBITED HERE TO CORNER 1 Motion made by Councilor Zygarowski and second by Councilor Tillotson to approve. Committee vote 4 – 0 favorable. ITEM #3 260-34 D Do Not Block the Box Front Street At the intersection of Front Street and Wheatland Avenue DO NOT BLOCK THE BOX Motion made by Councilor McLellan and second by Councilor Tillotson to approve. Committee vote 4 – 0 favorable. ITEM #4 Parking Regulations Grape Street South side – 10 feet from the entrance to the canal walk PARKING PROHIBITED Motion made by Councilor Laflamme and second by Councilor Tillotson to approve.
