Members Present: Tillotson, Laflamme, Krampits, McLellan Note Present: Roy Also Present: Dan Garvey (Asst. City Solicitor), Councilor Labrie, Councilor Lamontagne, Councilor Courchesne, Councilor Brooks, Jeff Neece (DPW Superintendent), Steve Frederick (City Engineer), The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM. In compliance with the open meeting laws the Chairman asked if anyone in the audience was recording the meeting. Hearing none the meeting continued. ITEM #1 Special Speed Regulation No. 7947 from MassDOT for Chapel Street and Lafayette Street. Motion made by Councilor Laflamme and second by Councilor Krampits to approve and refer to the Council. Committee vote 4 – 0 favorable. ITEM #2 Old Pendleton Avenue – Even side entire length – Parking Prohibited Motion made by Councilor Laflamme and second by Councilor Krampits to approve. Committee vote 4 – 0 favorable ITEM #3 Minutes – December 13, 2016 Motion made by Councilor Laflamme and second by Councilor McLellan to approve. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 6:42 PM.
