Applicant Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless 1441 Main Street, Suite 1100 Springfield, MA 01103 ITEM #4 Special Permit application under Chapter 275-40 (G) (2+4) for the purpose of redevelopment of existing building from automotive repair shop to retail sales/showroom for Hannoush Jewelers with reduced on- site parking. Waiver requested Section 275-40N (2) (m) requires one space per 250 square feet in public use plus one space per 500 square feet of other gross area which equates to 15 spaces. Number of parking spaces proposed is nine located at 704 Memorial Drive.
