Item 1: NOI (Continued from December 6, 2017) for the construction of a rain garden and connection of an overflow pipe to City drainage system and a new sewer connection from existing building to existing sewer manhole. Work will occur within the outer 100’ of the Riverfront Area of the Chicopee River.
