Chicopee Historical Commission Voting Record and Minutes The Planning Board of the City of Chicopee public hearing for Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 3:30 PM, City Council Chambers, 4th Floor, City Hall Annex, 274 Front Street, Chicopee, MA 01013 Meeting was brought to order at 3:30 by Sandra Ross. Historical Commission attendance: Member Present Absent Excused Joshua Clark, Chair X Sandra Ross X Vice Chair Linda Menard-Mruk X Clerk Joseph Pasternak, Jr. X Planning Staff attendance: Member Present Absent Excused Lee Pouliot, X Director James Dawson, X Development Manager NOTE: A quorum was not present therefore there was no vote to accept the minutes from June 12 and September 11, 2018. The minutes will be heard at the next scheduled meeting on November 13, 2018. ITEM 1: Discussion Old/New Business Notes: Commissioners will continue to search for presenters for our oral history project.
