Chicopee Historical Commission Voting Record and Minutes The Planning Board of the City of Chicopee public hearing for Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at 4:00 PM, City Council Chambers, 4th Floor, City Hall Annex, 274 Front Street, Chicopee, MA 01013 Meeting was brought to order at 4:00 PM by Joshua Clark. Historical Commission attendance: Member Present Absent Excused Joshua Clark, Chair X Sandra Ross X Vice Chair Linda Menard-Mruk X Clerk Joseph Pasternak, Jr. X Planning Staff attendance: Member Present Absent Excused Lee Pouliot, X Director James Dawson, X Development Manager Patrick McKenna, X Assistant Planner ITEM 1: Presentation – Update by Silverbrick on the Cabotville redevelopment project. No representative of Silverbrick was in attendance to present an update of the plans. Commission members present asked Staff to communicate with Silverbrick to reschedule the presentation as Silverbrick had indicated at the December 2018 meeting they would be willing to present a plan update at the January 8, 2019 meeting. Staff noted and will contact Silverbrick for the date of a future presentation. ITEM 2: Discussion Old/New Business  Ongoing Homework Assignment – Future Presentations – No discussion ITEM 3: Minutes from December 11, 2018 Commissioner Clark noted there was no quorum present to vote on the minutes. Commissioner Clark addressed members of the public who were in attendance; advising them that the presentation by Silverbrick would take place at a later date to be determined. ITEM 4: Adjournment Commissioner Clark adjourned the meeting citing no quorum. Meeting adjourned at 4:10 P.M.
