General Law Ch. 40, Section 8D and the Chicopee Historical Commission Ordinance Ch. 16, Article XV the Chicopee Historical Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 via video conference (Zoom) due to COVID-19. Item 1: Nomination and election of a Commission Clerk Item 2: Discussion - The role of the Historical Commission – Development of Rules and Regulations. (Information was provided in January for review) Item 3: Discussion – Updates on CPA and other miscellaneous discussion. Item 4: Minutes – January 12 and 19, 2021 – Will try to have these by the April meeting. Item 5: Adjournment – Next regularly scheduled meeting is April 13, 2021.
