Application for a Transfer of Stock, New Manager/ Officers/Directors, Pledge of License and Pledge of Stock for Cabot Pub II, 66 Cabot St. In attendance: Atty. Jason Herrick and Paul Moreira. Mr. Moreira informs the Board that he has an extensive background in managing a licensed establishment. He was a partner in Pintu’s II and has been a bartender and a manager. He is TIPs certified. Commissioner Taney makes a motion to approve. Commissioner Tarnowski seconds. Motion approved 5-0. Application for a Special One Day Permit(Beer/Wine) for Aramark, @Elms, 291 Springfield St for the Franciscan Fathers Meeting to be held on Sunday October 4 ,2015 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM with Mark Marson as applicant. Commissioner Goulette makes a motion to approve. Commissioner Martin seconds. Motion approved 5-0. Application for a Special One Day Permit(All Alcohol) for Aramark, @Elms, 291 Springfield St for the Presidents Appreciation Dinner to be held on Saturday October 17, 2015 from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM with Mark Marson as applicant.
