(Area to be used is the fenced parking lot with stage and dance area. Building will not be open to public during the concert but the bathrooms will be available. There will be tables and chairs in the function area. There will be 5 security personnel on premise, Id’s checked and wrist bands employed.) Application for a Special Event Permit for Pour Richard’s, 116 School St for the Summer Concert Series to be held on Sunday June 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30th , 2019 from 3:00 PM until 8:30 with Richard Harty as applicant.(Area to be used is the fenced parking lot with stage and dance area. Motion approved 3-0 Application for a Special One Day Permit (Beer/Wine) for the Moose Lodge, 244 Fuller Rd for the 2019 Weekly Cruise Night to be held on the following dates from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM with Richard Maxwell as applicant Thursday May 16, 23, 30 June 6,13,20,27 July 11, 18, 25 August 1,8,15, 22, 29 September 5, 12 Commissioner Jez makes a motion to approve. Commissioner Goulette seconds. Motion approved 3- 0 Application for a Special One Day Permit (Beer/Wine) for the Moose Lodge, 244 Fuller Rd for the Holyoke Soldiers Home Bike Run Fundraiser to be held on Sunday May 19, 2019 from 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM with Richard Maxwell as applicant Commissioner Jez makes a motion to approve. Commissioner Goulette seconds. Motion approved 3- 0 Application for a Special One Day Permit (Beer/Wine) for the Moose Lodge, 244 Fuller Rd for a 70’s & 80’s Party Fundraiser to benefit Lorraine’s Soup Kitchen and Dakin Humane Society to be held on Saturday June 1, 2019 from 1:00 PM until 10:00 PM with Richard Maxwell as applicant ( Detail officers will be hired) Commissioner Jez makes a motion to approve. Motion approved 3- 0 Application for a Special One Day Permit (All Alcohol) for Square One to be held @ Mercedes Benz, 295 Burnett Rd for the Square One 4th Annual Derby Party to be held on Saturday May 4, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM with Kristine Allard as applicant Commissioner Jez makes a motion to approve. Motion approved 3- 0 Application for a Special One Day Permit (Wine/Malt) for Business West 40 under 40 Event to be held @ Mercedes Benz, 295 Burnett Rd for Cocktails and Conversations to be held on Friday May 10, 2019 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM with Michelle Wirth as applicant Commissioner Jez makes a motion to approve pending submission of all paperwork.
