Minutes for June are presented to the Board. Commissioner Jez makes a motion to approve. Commissioner St. George seconds. Motion approved 4-0. Application for a Special Event Permit for Mercedes Benz, 295 Burnett Rd for a Drive-In Movie Night to be held on July 18, 2020 from 9:00 PM until movie ends with Michele Wirth as applicant. There will be a live band playing background music. No dancing or dance floor permitted. (3 Police detail minimum required for Special Events) Commissioner Jez makes a motion to approve. Commissioner St. George seconds. Motion approved 4-0. ABCC approvals -none Review of Police reports – no new reports. Correspondence- Portuguese Club has withdrawn their appeal to the ABCC. Commissioners have been hearing complaints about establishments that are not complying with the Covid restrictions or ABCC guidelines. These complaints will be forwarded to the police for further investigation. Chairman Pagel has been to several establishments as part of the Temporary Outdoor Dining Team. There are several businesses that have created outdoor dining. It’s been a slow process but seems to be working. Next meeting will be August 20, 2020
