Email 12/2/14 from National Parks Service requesting 2 stewardship report regarding 2 surplus parcels transferred to the City of Chicopee for use as park land, Preston Park & Westover Industrial Gate Park. Last report was submitted in 1991. Review Program of Utilization for each. D. Recreation Report – see attachments Adult Basketball Adult Volleyball, Suburban Basketball League & Youth Rec Basketball Scorekeeper/referee hiring process, Performing Arts Program, Swim lessons, adult swim, and open swim, Bus trips E. Maintenance Report Tasks accomplished – leaf removal, snow removal, sanding, winterization, clean out trucks Parks Labor force communications: Christmas Party, Benefits meetings, Grievances, Disciplinary, Snow plow routes and sidewalks Park Projects: Oil heaters replaced, monitoring fuel oil F.
