Request from Sean Mackin Chicopee Athletic Director for use of Szot upper field & Tennis Courts for Student Athlete Summer Camp Program from July 5 – July 29 from 1-4 Pm. 2. Request from Matt Mosher Chicopee Comp High School Coach for a Soccer Field for games for two high school teams from June 13 – August 5 from 5:30-8 Pm. (M - F) 3. Request from Ben Masse Chicopee High School Coach for a Soccer Field for games for one high school team. 4. Request from Rob Galazka from Celtic United Soccer Club for a Soccer Field for games for Adult soccer team from June 14 – July 28 (Tu & Th) & Aug. 1 & Aug 3 (M & W) from 6-8 Pm. 5. Request from Bruce Beston for use of 2 Softball diamonds at Rivers Park for a softball Tournament. 6. Request from Michael Glenn for use of Basketball courts and a pavilion to host a tournament June 18th – August 6th from 2 – 8 Pm on Saturdays only. 7. Request for use of the Szot Pavillion from VOC to hold end of the year adult education program. 8. Other communications E. Maintenance Report: 1. Diamond and field preparations, grass mowing, trash removal, cemetery work, connecting comfort stations, and spray features. 2. Parks Labor Force: Current Park openings: (1) Park Foreman (1) 9L – Heavy MEO/Laborer (1) 5L – MEO/Laborer. All other positions are filled. F. Recreation Report: 1. High School Sports: Have ended 2. Adult Rec Programs: Tang Soo Do Korean Martial Arts, Tennis Lessons (June 8 -29) 3. Adult Rec Leagues: Adult Softball leagues starting May 8th. Men’s Sunday May 11th. Coed 4. Youth Rec Leagues: Youth Baseball and Softball – Practices on going Games started Saturday, May 7. Gold Star Soccer April 9-June 11. Galaxy Flag Football – beginning in May. AJAC Spring Soccer games Began April 23rd. 5. Youth Rec Programs: Tang Soo Do Korean Martial Arts, Tennis Lessons, Art-Ventures – August 15-19. Circuit Lab – July 18-22.
