Approval of Bills: Warrants dated November 29th, December 13th, December 20th, December 27th, January 3rd, January 10th, and January 17th. D. Public Input: Each speaker is asked to direct their comments to the Chair and keep their remarks to 5 minutes. E. Communications: 1. Email from Sara Brown regarding the Park Commission policy for Use of School Facilities and the restriction of only coaches and players inside of gyms for practices for Grade 3 and up. 2. Email from Bryan Litz, Director of the Western Mass Boys Suburban Basketball League, regarding the 2024-2025 Chicopee teams. 3. Other Communications F. Maintenance Report: 1. Parks Labor Force: Current Park openings: (1) 11L – Working Foreman, (4) 5L – MEO/Laborer. All other positions are filled. G. Recreation Report: 1. Adult Rec Programs: Tang Soo Do Korean Martial Arts, Yoga 2. Adult Rec Leagues: Volleyball – Season on-going. Men’s Basketball – Season on-going. 3. Youth Rec Leagues: Suburban Basketball – Season on-going. Youth Basketball – Season on- going. 4. Youth Rec Programs: Tang Soo Do Korean Martial Arts. Art Ventures – Canceled. 5. Aquatics: Winter Open Swim / Swim Lessons – Sundays at CHS Pool. 6. Safety: CPR/First Aid/AED – February 22nd 7. Trips: Boston Red Sox at Chicago Cubs – July 18-21 8. Recreation openings: Gym Supervisor. H. Old Business: 1. Bemis Pond Dam Removal – Construction stopped for Winter. Planning for Phase II. 2. Szot Master Plan – Phase I design and ARPA funds. 3. CDBG Project – Sarah Jane Splash Pad – Removal funds approved. 4. PARC Grant – Sarah Jane Park Improvements – Beginning design process. 5. Pool Removal – Szot Clean Up Area 6. Park Event Permit 7.
