Location: 345A Chicopee St., Chicopee, MA 01013 Applicant: Stoop, LLC, D/B/A Charlies, c/o Jessica Popp, 45 Christopher St., Chicopee, MA 01020 Notes: Staff reported that it had discovered that some Abutters were inadvertently left off the mailing list and did not receive a notice. Therefore, action on this agenda item was tabled to January 6, 2022. Motion to table to January 6, 2022 was made by Saulo DePaula and seconded by Cynthia Labrie. Vote was 6-0 to table action on this agenda item to January 6, 2022. Location: 66 Cabot St., Chicopee, MA 01013 Applicant: The Vibez, LLC, D/B/A The Vibez, 66 Cabot St., c/o Sheena Watkins, 146 Draper St., Springfield, MA 01108 Notes: The Applicant and representative attended the meeting via Zoom. They provided the Board with a brief overview of their request for the new license. Staff noted there were no “sensitive” uses (schools, churches, playgrounds) in the immediate vicinity of the proposed new license. Board Members acknowledged the property had liquor licenses in the past with different owners. The Board voted to recommend approval of the license to the License Commission. Motion to recommend approval to the License Commission was made by Raymond Hoess-Brooks and seconded by Melissa St. Germain. Vote was 6-0 to recommend approval. ITEM 4: Minutes from November 9, 2021 Notes: Cynthia Labrie abstained as she was not in attendance at the November 9, 2021 meeting. Motion to approve was made by Thomas Reniewicz and seconded by Melissa St. Germain. Vote was 5 in favor, 0 opposed and 1 abstention. Lot #5 is the final lot in the subdivision being held by the Board. Mr. Authier provided a cost estimate of remaining work on the subdivision; Staff had the estimate reviewed by the City Engineer who provided an adjusted estimate of $73,560.00 for the remaining work. Mr. Authier agreed to the City Engineer’s adjusted estimate and provided the City with a check. Staff recommended approval of the Lot #5 release. Motion to approve the Lot #5 release was made by Cynthia Labrie and seconded by Raymond Hoess-Brooks. Vote was 6-0 to release Lot #5.
